This is a concept site

Meridian Plumbing Co. is a fictional business. This site was built by Graphicl as a demonstration, and its forms run in demo mode: they check what you type, then show a confirmation. Nothing is sent, emailed or stored. The rest of this page describes how a live Meridian site would handle your details.

CLAUSE 02

What we collect

Only what you type into the booking or quote form:

• your name and phone number
• your email address and suburb, if you give them
• the type of job, how soon you need it, and anything you write in the message

We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The site sets no cookies at all.

CLAUSE 03

How we use it

For one thing: to call you back with a time and a fixed quote, and then to do the job. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone outside the business.

CLAUSE 04

How it reaches us

On a live site, the form is sent to our inbox as an email through Resend, a transactional email service, which keeps a delivery log. It is not added to a mailing list.

CLAUSE 05

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to quote and complete the job and to meet our record-keeping obligations, such as warranty and compliance records. Then it is deleted.

CLAUSE 06

Seeing, fixing or deleting it

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@meridianplumbing.com.au or call 1300 645 728, and we will sort it out.
